I have created a very healthy treat that you can crunch all the time and don’t have to feel guilty about it. It is called Trail Mix Crunch which contains NO OIL and NO CHOLESTEROL!

I use just egg whites and a lot of nuts including almonds, pecans, sun flower seeds. Basically they are trail mix ingredients baked into cookies that you can crunch or when you want to have something to go with your coffee or tea. If your kids are starving in the car, you can just toss some to them and they will be happily crunching away for the rest of the trip.
