Enjoy Baking

Spring is just around the corner, and I am still baking almost everyday. I used to only bake during the holiday season, but now I bake all the time and enjoy it very much. I get a lot of compliments that keeps me baking and baking.

As a mom of two children, I don’t really have much time to do  as many experiments as I like. But I am so grateful that I am able to stay home and enjoy doing what I like to do. Now I can enjoy my baking, and meanwhile I sell the baked goods to my friends who enjoy eating them.

Until now, my bakery was more like a kitchen for my friends baking needs. When it’s not the Christmas season, I bake goodies for the kids to take to school, birthday cakes and special Chinese New Year’s treats for my friends. It was really fun to bake different stuff during different seasons.

To me, baking is more like an chemistry experiment in which good results come out with careful measurements and good attitude (do the research, be patient and have perseverance ). I fail sometimes, but I keep trying to get the quality I want, and I am never afraid of any criticism.

I still have a lot to learn, and I am not sure which path I might take. Right now, I am just so grateful that I have a lot of friends who encourage and support me. Also I have some new customers who happened to know JuJubakery from friends or even bake sales! It is very excited when you know that there is someone out there whom you’ve never met who likes your baking!

So much to say, so little time to write…..

In my opinion that a foreclosure can have a significant effect on the applicant’s life. Mortgage foreclosures can have a 6 to a decade negative impact on a debtor’s credit report. A new borrower who’s applied for a mortgage or any kind of loans even, knows that a worse credit rating is usually, the more tricky it is to acquire a decent financial loan. In addition, it may affect a borrower’s capability to find a decent place to lease or rent, if that gets the alternative property solution. Thanks for your blog post.
